Installation, calibration and maintenance of medical equipment

Types of services provided by the center:

• Installation and operating services:
  The center is responsible for installing all equipment supplied by Robia according to the manufacturers’ recommendations, in addition to operates the devices, tests them, and insure that they are running in the required manner. 
• Guarantee maintenance:
  The center is responsible for covering all defects resulting from manufacturing errors, including labor and spare parts, according to the warranty period granted by the manufacturers
• Preventive maintenance:
  The equipments are cleaned and calibrated according to a schedule determined by the specialized engineers and the recommendations of the manufacturers and this is done on a weekly basis  Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual according to specific schedules.  Thus, any malfunction is discovered and repaired before it even appears or worsens, which contributes to increasing the life span of devices and equipment and reducing the periods of their replacement.  
• Emergency and Curative maintenance
  The center responds to customer reports of any sudden technical malfunction or failure in a timely fashion , as the devices are examined and their defects repaired in the place of their use without the need to move them to other places except in special cases 
• Training on operating and basic maintenance
  The center engineers training the operators on methods of using the devices in the correct way, which ensures the efficiency and continuity of their work in the required manner.
• Consulting services
  Our engineers are providing instuctions to for the places to be equipped and installing medical equipments and there need to electricity and water supply and additional instructions according to the devices type
• The number of employees
  100 employees, including 15 engineers, maintenance technicians and doctors with high experience and well qualification in the field of installation and maintenance of various medical equipment.
• Center departments : There are specialized departments in the center as follows: –
  Sterilization,  Operations, intensive care and endoscopic departments
