The «World Health», through its account on «Twitter», today, Saturday, that it is necessary to wash hands with soap or sterilizer for a period of not less than 40 seconds, before dealing with the patient, or starting any procedures that require hygiene and sterilization, or exposure to body fluids that may They are dangerous, or after interacting with patients and their surroundings, and before wearing and after removing personal protective equipment. She added that respiratory hygiene practices must be followed within health care facilities, by covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, stressing the need to encourage others to do so as well. She indicated the necessity of wearing a medical mask during routine interaction with patients with severe respiratory symptoms, and a long-sleeved robe, gloves, eye goggles, and a filtering muzzle. And she stressed the need to inform the relevant authorities, in the event that the health service provider feels symptoms such as coughing, sneezing or fever, after providing care to a patient suspected of being infected with the Coronavirus.
